Restaurant Chains

Aaron Schacter reports from Denver that the hip new restaurant on the corner may actually be the latest edition in a high-concept franchise. Across the U.S., restaurant franchises are reaching for alluring themes such as counter- and Cuban-style dining in hopes of drawing patrons.
