NPR's Mandalit Del Barco reports that years before Sept. 11, an anti-terrorism group has been meeting in Los Angeles. The so-called "terrorism early warning group" looks for clues about possible terrorist actions against vulnerable spots such as airports, harbors or Disneyland.
