Gas Station Clean Up

Rachel Gotbaum reports the government is telling nearly 3,000 New England businesses and municipalities they'll have to pay to clean up a waste oil Superfund site. The former oil dump was operated by a licensed waste hauler that dumped the material illegally and then went out of business. It's one of many sites around the country where law-abiding citizens are left holding the bill for the polluters who broke the law.
