Supreme Court - Public Housing

The Supreme Court today upheld a federal rule that allows for the eviction of an entire household from public housing if just one member of the household is caught with drugs. The court's ruling was 8-0, with Justice Stephen Breyer not taking part in the ruling. NPR's Nina Totenberg reports.
