Drug Policy

A number of states are changing their drug policies and giving non-violent offenders a second chance. Host Tavis Smiley speaks with Debra Small, Director of Public Policy and Community Outreach for the Drug Policy Alliance and Doug Marlowe, Director of Criminal Justice Research at the Treatment Research Institute at the University of Pennsylvania, about the effectiveness of these new policies.
