The Arab League summit in Beirut concludes today after a formal endorsement of the Saudi proposal that would establish a Palestinian state, with East Jerusalem as its capital. Saudi Crown Prince Abdullah presented the plan yesterday, and addressed remarks to the people of Israel. Bob Edwards talks with NPR's Kate Seeyle about the results of the summit.
