Ten years after independence, Ukraine's commitment to democracy is being tested. Western observers predict more dirty tricks during the country's parliamentary elections this Sunday. The Ukrainian government's already manipulated the media to keep opposition candidates from getting out their message. Alex Kleimenov reports from Kiev.
