Arab Summit

NPR's Kate Seelye in Beirut reports Arab leaders wrapped up two days of summit talks, endorsing a Saudi Arabian initiative for peace in the Middle East. The summit was also marked by steps aimed at reconciling Iraq with Gulf War foes Kuwait and Saudi Arabia.
