Israel has declared Yasser Arafat an enemy and seized the West Bank town of Ramallah, including parts of Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat's compound. At least five Palestinians and an Israeli soldier were killed in the fighting. In Jerusalem today, a suicide bomber blew herself up at a supermarket, killing herself and wounding at least 20. NPR's Linda Gradstein has the latest from Israel.
