A narrowly divided Congress is considering repealing a law that restricts the ability of local authorities' to get federal gun trace data. Paul Helmke, the president of the Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence, and Dave Workman, editor of Gun Week, talk with Anthony Brooks.
