Election Reform

Tavis Smiley talks election reform with Hilary O. Shelton, director of the Washington Bureau of the NAACP, and Bill Jones, California's Secretary of State. Both endorse many provisions of the reform bill adopted last week by the Senate, but they differ on whether voters should be required to show positive identification at the polls.
