In France, far-right nationalist candidate Jean-Marie Le Pen has beaten Socialist Prime Minister Lionel Jospin in the first round of Presidential elections. Host Korva Coleman talks to NPR's Nick Spicer about what's considered a major political upset. Should today's results stand, Le Pen would compete in a run-off election with incumbent President Jacques Chirac.
