NPR's Anne Garrels in Jerusalem reports the Israeli government is continuing to object to the composition and mandate of a special U.N. panel charged with investigating the conduct of the Israeli army during the battle for the Jenin refugee camp in the West Bank earlier this month. Palestinian officials and some human rights activists have accused Israeli troops of committing massacres in the camp. (3:30) NPR provides extended Mideast coverage.
