Clinton Promises Better Relations With Pakistan

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is in Pakistan at a critical time for that nation's government. It is conducting a major military offensive against the Taliban in one of the most forbidding regions of the country. Her visit also comes at a time when relations between the U.S. and Pakistan have had their difficulties.
