L.A. Riots and the LAPD

Tavis Smiley speaks to commentator Connie Rice about the role of the Los Angeles Police Department during the 1992 riots. Connie talks about her experience in Los Angeles during the riots as well how the LAPD's aggressive police tactics lead to a deep-seated resentment from the community that were manifested in the riots. She also assesses how today's LAPD differs from the force of a decade ago.
