NPR's Kate Seelye reports that Palestinian Leader Yasser Arafat's popularity in the Arab world has soared since Israel launched its three-week offensive in the West Bank. Even in the refugee camps of Lebanon, where Arafat has long been condemned, the Palestinian leader is now riding high.
