Another Chinese product in the United States is under scrutiny. Federal officials ordered a recall of 450,000 Chinese-made tires.

Melissa Block talks with David Barboza, who covers business in China for The New York Times. One week ago yesterday, Barboza was held in a toy factory while covering the Thomas the Tank Engine recall.
