The cold war is definitely over: NATO, the organization formed to discourage expansion by the Soviet Union and whose member countries vowed mutual defense if attacked, is embracing its former nemesis. NPR's Julie McCarthy reports on the NATO foreign ministers' meeting in Iceland that called for closer cooperation with Russia.
