Bioterrorism Bill

NPR's Julie Rovner reports that the Senate has approved a bill that would greatly increase funding to fight bio-terrorism. It authorizes $4.6 billion in new funding to increase stockpiles of drugs and vaccines, and to help emergency personnel prepare for an attack.
