Host Bob Edwards speaks with NPR's Barbara Bradley about complaints by a Minneapolis FBI agent that agency headquarters mishandled the case of accused terrorist Zacarias Moussaoui. FBI Director Robert Mueller asked the Justice Department to investigate.
