Russian Economy

In addition to signing the arms treaty today, President Bush talked about Russia's budding market economy. Robert Siegel talks with two scholars of the Russian economy — Marshall Goldman of Wellesley College and Harvard's Davis Center, and Anders Aslund of the Carnegie Endowment. They discuss the state of Russia's economy and President Vladimir Putin's role in the upturn.
