Talbott on Bush's Russia Trip

Scott Simon talks with Strobe Talbott, former deputy secretary of state, about the Bush-Putin arms control agreement. Talbott is currently director of the Yale Center for the Study of Globalization. He's also the author of the new book The Russia Hand: A Study of Presidential Diplomacy.
