Israeli tanks entered the West Bank city of Jenin today, hours after a suicide bomber blew up an ice cream parlor in Petah Tikva, a city just outside Tel Aviv. The bomb killed an 18-month-old baby and the child's grandmother, and wounded scores more. NPR's Linda Gradstein reports. (4:51)
