Today, the Marine Corps is resuming flight tests for its controversial tilt-rotor Osprey aircraft. The Marines want to replace their old helicopters with this new aircraft that lands like a helicopter, but can fly like a plane. Critics think the aircraft is still fatally flawed and should be cancelled. From member station KPBS, Russell Lewis reports.
