High Plains Drought

NPR's Elizabeth Arnold reports on the drought that is gripping the ranching and wheat-growing region along the Rocky Mountains. Besides creating the sort of dust clouds not seen since the dust bowl conditions of the 1930s, the dry weather is taking a toll on local economies.
