NPR's Scott Horsley reports the FBI is checking enrollment in the nation's scuba diving schools for anyone with possible ties to the al Qaeda terrorist network. The agency is examining millions of names after receiving intelligence reports that al Qaeda members may have studied diving in preparation for an underwater attack on a bridge or a ship.
