FEC and Campaign Finance Laws

Although the new campaign finance law won't go into effect until after the November 2002 elections, the F.E.C. is already working to define how the law will be enforced. As NPR's Peter Overby reports, some politicians are unhappy with the F.E.C.'s interpretation of the law.
