Digital Divide Program Cuts

Tavis Smiley speaks with Mark Cooper, the director of research for the Consumer Federation of America, and Adam Thierer, director of telecommunication studies at the Cato Institute, a Washington think tank. They discuss the Bush administration's plans to eliminate funding for programs addressing the digital divide.
