Science and Terror

Host Bob Edwards speaks with Lewis Branscomb of Harvard's Kennedy School of Government. Branscomb is co-chair of the National Academy of Sciences' new report on fighting terrorism. The report criticizes the government for not utilizing America's scientific and technological community in the war against terror.
