Rock Fish Ban

Earlier this month, federal officials announced an emergency ban on commercial and recreational fishing of certain species of rockfish off the West Coast. While the move is designed to protect the species, fishermen along the coast say it will destroy their livelihood. David Gorn reports from member station KQED.
