NPR's Chris Arnold reports on the likelihood that WorldCom, the nation's second-largest long distance provider, will be forced into bankruptcy. The Securities and Exchange Commission filed fraud charges against the company, which is accused of hiding nearly $four billion in losses over a 15-month period.
