Republican Medicare prescription drug legislation has passed the House of Representatives. Democrats say the bill will do little to help senior citizens, the people who most need relief from expensive drug costs. The plan commits $320 billion over the next 10 years. NPR's David Welna reports on the debate that dragged into the wee hours of Friday morning.
