Scott Simon talks with Jeffrey Pfeffer, professor of organizational behavior at Stanford Business School about America's business slump. Pfeffer contends that businesses' increasing focus on company stock market price bodes ill, and offers ideas on what business school graduates should look for in a company while job-seeking.
