Telecom Troubles

NPR's Larry Abramson reports on the surprising collaspe of the telecommunications industry. The telecom downturn is being attributed to the creation of competition and the fact that several companies have overlapping services. The plight of the telecom industry has parallels that can be found in other business giants, such as oil companies, steel and railroads.
