U.N. Peacekeepers

Host Scott Simon talks with NPR's Vicky O'Hara about a United Nations Security Council resolution that will exempt United State peacekeeping forces from prosecution by the International Criminal Court. The resolution passed Friday amid U.S. threats to veto U.N. peacekeeping missions if its soldiers did not receive immunity from prosecution.
