HMOs and Hollywood

A major national organization of Health Maintenance Organizations has hired the talent agency William Morris to help counter what it perceives as a villainous representation of HMOs on TV and in movies. As NPR's Madeleine Brand reports, the new managed care ads have a difficult task in changing public perception because Hollywood draws such a large audience.
