The over representation of youth of color in the nation's juvenile justice system is often studied. Black youth are often treated harsher than their white counterparts. A recent study by the Building Blocks for Youth Initiative indicates the same is generally true for Latino youth. Host Bob Edwards talks with Mark Schindler of the Youth Law Center about the study.
