CIA & FBI Reform

Host Bob Edwards talks with three members of Congress who have had direct experience working for the FBI or CIA. They discuss possible reforms to both agencies. Congress and the White House have both balked at reforming the agencies. They're focusing instead on homeland security, which makes some lawmakers upset.
