Impressions of "Annabel Lee": American composer Romeo Cascarino (kahs-kah-REE-noh) was so enamored of Edgar Allan Poe's poem when he was a teenager, he composed a Meditation and Elegy (On Hearing Poe's "Annabel Lee"). We have a performance from July 6th, at the opening gala of this year's Windham Chamber Music Festival in Windham, New York. The performance is by the Windham Festival String Orchestra.
