Accounting Reform

NPR's David Welna reports on the apparent agreement reached by House and Senate negotiators on a bill that would crack down on corporate fraud and deal with penalties for those found guilty of wrongdoing. Democrats are claiming victory in the deal, which keeps intact the provisions of the reform bill unanimously passed by the Democrat-run Senate.
