Congressman Traficant

NPR's David Welna reports that the House last night expelled Congressman James Traficant. The Ohio Democrat was convicted of ten felonies in the spring. Traficant took the floor to defend his seat in a trademark ramble about conspiracy, fair play and bell-bottom pants.
