Dan Sprehe of member station WUWM in Milwaukee, Wis., reports on a band of small aircraft aviators who are fighting to win back airspace the federal government restricted after Sept. 11. Pilots fear new homeland security legislation could further hurt small aircraft services and are asking for clearer rules from the FAA.
