NPR's Greg Allen reports from Kansas City on the "miracle car" scam. The deal offered church-going Christians nearly-new vehicles at a fraction of their value. The cars supposedly came from the estate of a wealthy Christian man. Four people have been arrested in the scheme, which lured in nearly $20 million for cars that never existed.
