David D'Arcy reports on the new Chinese film Happy Times, and talks with director Zhang Yi Mou, who blended a fairy tale and a popular short story to make a movie about ordinary life in Beijing. The director made Happy Times on an uncharacteristically low budget, but the film's producer still expects big returns when it opens in China.
