Bankruptcy Bill

An overhaul of the bankruptcy law could soon make it harder for consumers to escape their debts. Tavis Smiley hears an update on the bill from NPR's Jim Zarroli, and then talks about the pros and cons of reform with Travis Plunkett, legislative director of the Consumer Federation of America, and Edward Yingling, executive director of government relations at the American Bankers Association.
