Before leaving town for the summer, the House of Representatives sent the Senate major legislation on trade and homeland security that President Bush is eager to sign. The Senate this week may approve the trade promotion authority the president wants, but it has its own timetable on homeland security and its own priority issues — like prescription drugs for seniors. NPR's Allison Aubrey reports.
