Guest Host Renee Montagne talks with Jeffrey Fegan, chief executive officer of the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, about the federal mandate that by Dec. 31 all checked baggage must be screened by explosive detection systems. Fegan says it will be impossible for many large airports to meet the deadline, and he is appealing to Congress for an extension.
