Accused Spy Brian Regan

NPR's Larry Abramson reports on the appearance of accused spy Brian Regan in court Thursday. A former Air Force intelligence officer, Regan has been accused of using his top-level security clearance to sell information to Iraq, China and Libya for millions of dollars. His lawyers argue that the spy plot never took place and say Regan should not face the death penalty for an aborted plan.
