NPR's Barbara Bradley reports on the hearing of Yaser Esam Hamdi, the American-born man caught in Afghanistan and accused of being an enemy combatant with the Taliban. The federal judge was skeptical of the government's paltry evidence against Hamdi. The defense argued that Hamdi is, at worst, a prisoner of war, and entitled to certain rights while he is detained.
