Cell Phones in High Schools
The state of California may allow high school students to carry cell phones and pagers on campus. The state believes that in light of recent school shootings and terror attacks, it would be a good way for teens to quickly get in touch with their parents. But teachers say it will disrupt class. Russell Lewis reports from KPBS in San Diego.
